Emmet Rennick
is the managing partner of Rennick Restaurant Consultants. He is responsible
for the day-to-day workings of the company and coordinates all projects
regarding front of house operations and designs. He has decades of experience
in the food and beverage industry in New York, Monaco & California. In
addition he has also worked in Washington D.C. and the Virgin islands.
His passion for
the restaurant business started at the early age of twelve when after school
and weekends he would go to his Uncle's restaurant in Greenwich Village to
work. It was there he learned firsthand what the business entailed and what it
takes to be successful. Upon graduation from high school he served in the U.S.
Air Force and afterward paid his way through college by working as a restaurant
manager in the Hilton Hotel Group.
Upon completion
of his studies in economics and finance he returned to New York and decided to

As an
independent consultant he has worked on both the physical and the conceptual
design of a number of restaurants and bars. These are just a few of the
projects on which he has worked: in New York, 'Gallic Kitchen',
